Berkeley High Crew’s annual Row-a-Thon will take place on Saturday, December 10 at the Fourth St. Shopping District in Berkeley. The Row-a-Thon is the team’s largest fundraising effort of the year is critical to keeping the crew up and running. Each of our rowers will be putting in 4,000 meters on a rowing machine, and coxswains will be participating in 500-meter sprint races — always a crowd favorite! Please consider supporting the cause by making an online donation here.
In town on December 10? Come by and support our student-athletes. Varsity and Novice Women will be on the rowing machines beginning at around 10:00 AM and the Men will take over around noon.
Berkeley High Crew is proud and excited to be returning to Youth Nationals in 2016. This year we are sending two crews: The Women’s Pair and Four. The regatta runs from Friday, June 10 to Sunday, June 12, on Lake Mercer, NJ.

December 12th is our annual Row-a-Thon event, on Fourth St, Berkeley.
This is the team’s biggest fundraiser of the year.
The team sets up their rowing machines, or “ergs’, in the 4th Street shopping area in Berkeley, CA. The goal of rowing 400,000 meters on the ergs, means that each individual student rows 4,000 meters (nearly 2.5 miles). It is a fun way for the rowers and coxswains to participate and share with families and friends how crew has impacted them.
